Within the scope of the task of Justice Academy of Türkiye, which is to establish professional and scientific international relations, high court judges of the Massachusetts state of U.S.A paid an official visit to the Hon. Mr.Ali Alkan, President of the Supreme Court of Türkiye, on 13 May 2013.
The visiting delegation was informed about the structure and functioning of the Supreme Court and, the visit programme, which had been in a warm and friendly environment, came to an end by presenting mutual gifts.

In the aim of enhancing judicial cooperation between Türkiye and Russian Federation and introducing Turkish Legal system, Vasily NECHAEV who is the vice President of Supreme Court of Russian Federation, and and accompanying committee paid an official visit to the Supreme Court of Türkiye on 7 May 2013.
The committee was met by Mr.Aydın BOŞGELMEZ , the General Secretary  Supreme Court of Türkiye, and they were informed about the structure and functioning of the Supreme Court with a brief presentation. Mr.Ali ALKAN, the President of the Supreme Court of Türkiye, participated later and, the visit programme came to an end by presenting  mutual gifts.

The Honorable Meddzida KRESO, President of the State Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the hon. Himo Vucinic, the hon. Mira Smajlovic, the hon. Azra Miletic,  the hon. Davorin Jukic,  the hon. Minka Kreho, Court  Presidents and, the chief clerk Biljana Potparic made an official visit to our country as the invitees of the Presidency of Supreme Court on 4^th April 2013. As part of the visit, after substituting wreath at the Mausoleum, the visiting committee paid a visit to the hon. Mr. Ali Alkan, President of the Supreme Court, and the hon. Mr.Hasan Erbil, Chief Public Prosecutor of the Supreme Court. The common problems of the judiciary and judicial systems of two countries were discussed.
Furthermore the visiting committee paid an official visit to the hon. Mr. Sadullah Ergin, Minister of Justice, the hon. Mr. Hüseyin Karakullukçu, President of Council of State, the hon. Mr. Ahmet Hamsici, Vice President of the Supreme Board of Judges and Prosecutors and, the hon. Mr. Hüseyin Yıldırım,  President of the Academy of Justice.

The Honorable Mr. Galia İvanova Georgieva, Member of the Bulgarian Supreme Judicial Council, and accompanying committee paid an official visit to Presidency of the Supreme Court on 7 May, 2013.
The visiting committee was accepted by Mr.Ali Alkan, President of the Supreme Court of Türkiye and, there was a warm and friendly atmosphere. During the visit, the issues of possible bilateral cooperation on judgment between the two countries were discussed and, the visiting committee was informed about the structure and functioning of the Supreme Court.

The President of the Supreme Court, Mr. Ali Alkan paid a visit  to the President of the European Court of Human Rights, Mr. Dean Spielmann on 10  April  2013 under the Joint Programme on Enhancing the Role of the Supreme Judicial Authorities in respect of European Standards.
Ms. Isil Karakas, Turkish Judge serving in the ECtHR, Mr. Aydin BOŞGELMEZ, The General Secretary of Supreme Court and Mr. Erik Fribergh, the General Secretary of ECtHR  were participated in visit.
