With the reason of evaluation and monitoring of existing applications as well as in the two countries and improve judicial co-operation, within the framework  “Joint Statement”, signed on May 21, 2011 in Belgrad between Ministry of the Justice of Türkiye and Serbia,

the Minister  of Justice and the Public Administration of Serbia, Mr. Nikola SELAKOVIC,  his delagation, and the Serbia's Ambassador to Türkiye, Mr. Dusan SPASOJEVIC, visited the President of Supreme Court of Türkiye, Mr. Ali ALKAN and the Chief Prosecutor of Supreme Court, Mr. Hasan ERBİL on March 5,2013.
In the conservation, bilateral cooperation between the two countries made in judicial matters were interviewed.

The European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice(CEPEJ) delegation, arriving in our country at the invitation of the The High Council of Judges and Prosecutors, visited Supreme Court on January 14,2013. In CEPEJ delegation, the President of CEPEJ, John Stacey, the President of Consultative Council of European Prosecutors(CCPE), João Manuel Da Silva Miguel, the President of Consultative Council of European Judges (CCJE), Gerhard Reissmer, the General Secretary of CEPEJ, Stéphane Leyenberger, the Head of Legal and Judicial Co-operation Unit of the Council of Europe, Hanne Juncher, the Advisor of CEPEJ, Hasan Hendek, the Assistant Rosalinde Cox, Chairman of the Council of Europe Programme Office in Ankara, Adrian Butler took place. CEPEJ Delagation were welcomed by the General Secretary of Supreme Court, Aydın Boşgelmez, were accepted by the President of Supreme Court, Ali Alkan.
