To have information about and make observations on  Turkish Legal System, a delegation composed of Dr. Franz STEİN, the President of Baden-Württemberg State Supreme Court, Hon. Cornelia HORZ, the President of Baden-Württemberg State Court, Mr. Achim BRAUNEİSEN, the Chief Prosecutor of Baden-Württemberg State, Dr. Thilo REBMANN, the Member of Baden-Württemberg State Supreme Court and the State Judges Council, and Dr. Altan HEPER, the Legal Counsel in Consulate General of Stuttgart paid an official visit to our country at the invitation of the Supreme Court of Türkiye on 23-26 September 2013.
The visiting delegation has been accepted by Mr. Ali ALKAN, the President of Supreme Court of Türkiye, and Mr. Hasan ERBİL, the Chief Public Prosecutor of the Supreme Court. During the visit, common problems of the judiciary and judicial systems of two countries have been discussed.
Also as part of the official visit, the delegation visited Mr. Sinan YÖRÜKOĞLU, Vice- President of Council of State, Mr. Hüseyin YILDIRIM, the President of Justice Academy, and Mr. Ahmet KAYA, the Member of Supreme Board of Judges and Prosecutors in their office.

Upon the invitation of Mr. Hasan ERBİL, Chief Public Prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Türkiye;  the Chief Prosecutor of Celle, Lower Saxony, Germany Dr. Frank Lüttig and the accompanying delegation came to Türkiye and, paid an official visit to the Presidency of Supreme Court on 16 September 2013.
Firstly, the visiting delegation was accepted by Mr. Hasan ERBİL in his office and, then they visited Mr. Aydın BOŞGELMEZ. After giving information about the structure and functioning of the Supreme Court, the visit came to an end by giving mutual gifts

Upon the invitation of Justice Academy of Türkiye, President of the Supreme Court of Kosovo, Mr. Fejzullah Hasanı, Chief Public Prosecutor, Mr. İsmet Kabashı and  the accompanying representatives paid a visit to the Presidency of the Supreme Court on 12 September, 2013.
The visiting delegation was accepted by the Vice President of the First President,  Mr. Mahmut BİLGEN. After giving information about  the structure and functioning of the Supreme Court along with a short presentation, the visit came to an end by giving mutual gifts.

Upon the invitation of the Supreme Board of Judges and Prosecutors, the Russian Delegation paid an official visit to the Supreme Court of Türkiye on 26 August, 2013. The Secretary General of the Supreme Court, Mr. Aydın BOŞGELMEZ has given a short presentation on the structure and functioning of the Supreme Court and, the visit came to an end by giving mutual gifts.

For the purpose of making a research and having information about the Turkish Judicial system, a delegation composing of the President of the Supreme Court of Kingdom of Morocco,  Mr. Mostafa FARES, the Head of Criminal Chamber, Mr. Benzakour AHMED, and the judge, Mr. Ali RNEZOUANİ, paid an official visit to the Presidency of the Supreme Court of Türkiye on 01-02, July 2013. The visiting delegation paid a visit to the office of the President of the Supreme Court of Türkiye, Mr. Ali ALKAN and the Chief Public Prosecutor  of the Supreme Court, Mr. Hasan ERBİL. During the visit, the judicial systems of two countries and the common problems of judiciary were discussed. Furthermore, within the scope of the visit, the delegation paid a visit to the Minister of Justice, Mr. Sadullah ERGİN, the Vice President of the Council of State, Mr. Sinan YÖRÜKOĞLU, the Vice President of the Supreme Board of Judges and Prosecutors, Mr. Ahmet HAMSİCİ, and the President of the Academy of Justice, Mr. Hüseyin YILDIRIM.
